Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. As we currently ship only within Poland, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days from dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor its progress.

Binihy currently delivers within Poland only. We’re working toward expanding our shipping destinations in the future, so stay tuned for updates.

Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us first so we can guide you through the return process.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email info@binihy.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.
